I was familiar with working remotely as a VA since 2010 when my wife - Dee started working as a Real Estate VA. My background on Cold Calling/Appointment setting in a Call Center before doing Outbound calls, calling Business Establishments talking to the Owners offering Company Services and set appointments for the Company Agents to come over to give quotations, partnered me with my Wife’s VA task when it comes to Outbound calls --like calling HOA’s to get the necessary information needed by prospective buyers. Aside from the Outbound calls, I’ve been doing some Probate & Rental properties Research, doing other Admin Task if needed.

When it comes to Work and Customer Service, there’s only one thing that matters- Customer Satisfaction, as the word of mouth is very powerful, the well satisfied customer will bring the repeat sales that counts.

On our Vacant time, our family love spending time at the Beach, Traveling to other Cities and hopefully soon once this Pandemic is over, planning to bring the kids to travel more in the other Countries.

I have earned units in AB Sociology, was a call center agent for 2 years, and have been working as an online ESL teacher for 10 years now. I have considerable background in real estate as I was once a freelance agent for residential lots and housing units for two years. I personally believe in the golden rule in my treatment not only with customers or students but with everybody in general. We should always treat people the way we want to be treated. I love watching movies and playing the guitar. I have three daughters, and while they kept trying to convince me to have a pet at home, I can’t because my job as an online teacher does not allow me to have one.

I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in Bachelor of Arts major in English and Masters in English, respectively.  My little experience in real estate include selling housing units, residential and memorial lots in our locality.  I started being an agent 10 years ago, and though I haven’t been active recently because of my regular job, I jump at every opportunity to make sales.  My years of experience in the call center industry and teaching has taught me that customers, like students, have different needs. Good customer service entails a commitment to empathize and relate to these needs as if they were your own.   I love to cook for my family every single day. I have 5 adorable children who share with me a passion for music as well. Unfortunately, I am not one who would want to own pets as my hands are already full with work and family-related commitments. I take pride in my family and career as my inspiration to do better every time.

I was a Commerce graduate and decided to take units in Education because I wanted to try my luck in teaching. After passing the Licensure Exam for Teachers, I become a Senior High School Teacher for three years.

But now, working as a Real Estate VA is a different world for me since I have zero background and knowledge when it comes to Real Estate. I am just lucky that I am surrounded by people who are willing to help and support me.
