    Mike is a real estate investor and runs an investment agency of over 170 investors and staff focused on the central Texas market. In addition to a long career as a leader in the enterprise and startup software industry, Mike has had the opportunity to train and work with some of the best real estate professionals in central Texas. He's been investing since 2003 and knows what it's like to be a property owner facing difficult circumstances. During the housing meltdown in 2008, Mike lost his job, and due to rapidly falling home values and an upside-down rental environment (along with some toxic drywall at a condo he owned thrown in for good measure), Mike wound up having to short sale 3 of his investment properties. It was there that, in a situation where he could have easily resulted in several foreclosures, Mike realized how important it is to have a rock-solid real estate professional on your side. My background on Cold Calling/Appointment setting in a Call Center before doing Outbound calls, calling Business Establishments talking to the Owners offering Company Services and set appointments for the Company Agents to come over to give quotations, partnered me with my Wife’s VA task when it comes to Outbound calls --like calling HOA’s to get the necessary information needed by prospective buyers. Aside from the Outbound calls, I’ve been doing some Probate & Rental properties Research, doing other Admin Task if needed.


    When it comes to Work and Customer Service, there’s only one thing that matters- Customer Satisfaction, as the word of mouth is very powerful, the well satisfied customer will bring the repeat sales that counts.
